Introduction
At Seven Creative Company, we believe in the power of story and its importance in how you communicate with your audience, donors and partners. Through video production, photography, website and graphic design, we exist to help your organization tell its story in the most effective way possible. We are excited to submit this proposal for event capture and video production for the Players Health NIL event. We understand the importance that strong media has for your organization and we are confident in our ability to deliver an end product that aligns with your objectives and mission.
Project Overview
We are excited about helping capture your event and producing an event recap film to use on your website, social media and in the future to help promote Players Health and its events in the future.
Our team will be on-site for the entirety of the event, equipped with state-of-the-art video and audio recording equipment. We will cover key moments, interviews, presentations, and the overall atmosphere to ensure we encapsulate the unique energy of your event.
Project Scope
Before the event, our team will work closely with your organizers to understand the event schedule, key speakers, and any specific elements that should be highlighted in the recap film. This collaborative approach ensures that we align our creative vision with your event objectives.
Pre-Production
Once the event concludes, our post-production team will review and edit the footage to craft a compelling hype reel of the entire event, as well as daily recaps and keynote presentations. This process includes color correction, audio refinement, and the integration of any additional graphics or branding elements you may require. We aim to deliver polished, professional videos that align with your brand and event theme.
